Believe Heal Thrive

I started my career in health and wellbeing, studying at Coventry University for a BSc(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in the early 1990’s. Predominantly, my interests were in the areas of out-patients and in-patient orthopaedics where I worked as a senior Physiotherapist. In 2001 I took a break to look after my three children full time.

Health issues, for one of my daughters, led me to studying CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. I found this work fascinating and I studied to an advanced level. The work clearly demonstrated to me that the body holds many answers. Like a data card it stores memories; both emotional and physical.

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, I like many was unable to continue with my hands on treatments and I decided to return to the NHS, initially a vaccinator with the Covid vaccination service and I then progressed to working as a Vaccination Site Manager. In January of this year I moved across to work as a Team Manager for Community Nursing.

My interest in health and wellbeing has continued. In October 2023, I began my training as a Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® Facilitator and I became Accredited in March 2024. 

I felt drawn to Belief Coding® due to the similar, but different, emotional release work I’d done as a CranioSacral Therapist. Connecting to the ‘inner child’ or ‘inner wisdom’ of the body to release restrictions caused by trapped emotions that were leading to pain and discomforts in the body.

I have found it so interesting how quickly we can connect at a really deep level with this modality and how quick and long lasting the transformations can be for people. The latest tests completed recently, by a Neuroscientist, haven proven it’s effectiveness and it is now officially a science backed modality.

Next steps… I’m currently training as a Master Facilitator which will enable me to run group sessions, an Advanced Facilitator to allow sessions to clear multiple beliefs and Breakthrough Breathwork. Exciting times!
