What is Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring®?

Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® (BCCR) is a groundbreaking emotional healing modality that combines science-backed techniques with intuitive guidance to help you transform your life emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the sessions confidential?

Absolutely, 100% confidential. Whatever comes up for you in our sessions is not discussed elsewhere. 

Your subconscious knows what you’re feeling ready to work through and it will only reveal what it feels you are ready to address. That said, you are in control. If you really don’t want to address something that is totally in your control. Not addressing it however, may mean the you do not resolve your issue. Be assured that great care is taken not to re-traumatise you. You will always finish your treatments feeling in control and in a good place again.

Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring reaches parts that other therapies don’t. We go to the root cause of your discomfort and work directly with your subconscious. Clients regularly report how they were not expecting to go ‘so deep.’

Do I have to share my trauma or past?

No. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to. Some clients prefer not to speak much at all – especially in group sessions – and still experience huge emotional shifts.

Most people feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Occasionally, you may feel emotional or tired as your body processes the shift. This is totally normal and part of your healing. You’re advised to rest if that’s what you feel that your body needs and to keep well hydrated.

Many people feel significant change after just one session. Others choose to continue working with me regularly to address multiple beliefs or support ongoing growth.
